Bonjour! This outfit is the typical Parisian look(without the huge scarf lol). So initially, I was packing heels, jewellery and all sorts of extravagant items seeing that Paris is like the fashion heaven. So I thought yeah sure give them! Lol but I decided to do a bit of research on how Parisians dress and I was shocked at how simple the default dress code was. According to the articles I read, Parisians are super simple; wearing a lot of black, trainers, totes, scarves, berets and ‘no makeup’ makeup and yes it was true. On thursday, I attended a private trend forecast show called the trend union where the trends till A/W 16-17 were predicted! It was absolutely amazing. Afterwards, I went for some Nutella and banane crêpes of course(obsessed!) at République where I met up with my friends and we headed to Galleries Lafayette which I would describe as like a French Harrods perhaps? Yes and we had some spaghetti bolognese after! Ugh! I hate spaghetti but THIS! was fabulous. You may have guessed, but yeah I had two more crêpes before heading home finally.
I was going to wear this outfit with nude court shoes but I was feeling the Parisian vibe and went with trainers instead with my maxi coat of course. This look is very in right now, I mean, trainers will always be in but there’s a lot of hype about it right about now. Just got me a vibrant pair, you should too!
Oh and Parisians stare so much! OMG I had to start waving at them. Love the UK! Even if you’re somersaulting naked, you’d be ignored.
