Spring Break Series: My Top Getaway Spots

Hey Guys! Spring break is proper around the corner and I know many of us would be looking to getaway for some warmth before the next semester starts. However, some of us might just be in London and thats as much warmth as we’re going to get lol. Today, I’ve put together my top holiday destinations I’d love to visit this season which would hopefully inspire you. Enjoy

1. Thailand

Thailand, located in Southeast Asia, is proper hot this time of year. Personally, I wouldn’t want to be in 35°C right now, definitely not! 8°C is fine thank you!! Ok seriously, I wouldn’t even think twice, I’d be gone from this miserable weather before you can say Jack Robinson. Thailand is breathtaking

2. Bali, Indonesia

Bali is the most popular of 17,000 islands in Indonesia. Popularly known for its fab beaches and green landscapes dotted with volcanoes. Also within the 33-37°C range, Bali looks absolutely exquisite and is definitely on my bucket list.

3. Maldives

The Maldives is a republic that lies off the indian sub-continent. Its made up of a chain of about 1200 islands, most of which are unhabited. Although, there seems to be a lot of talk about danger concerning global warming, political issues etc. However, if you like to take a walk on the wild side lol, this may be for you. BREATH TAKING! There is usually a 10-day rainy period in April, be sure your trip doesn’t fall within this bracket.

4. Marrakech, Morocco

Morocco is located in Northern Africa, its rich culture is a blend of Arab, African and European influences. I’ve had a couple of friends who visited Morocco and absolutely loved it especially this time of year where its about 22-25°C during the day and about 9°C at night. Talk about a perfect getaway! Even better, apparently the food is very very cheap, tickets too. My friends spent £200 only on flight tickets(from London, booked in advance of course), accommodation and food!
