That 70s Vibe

Hey guys, today’s outfit is based on the return of the 70s as a trend right now. High neck T-shirts, bold colours, short shorts and YES flared trousers! I remember when skinny jeans first came as a trend, I literally didn’t want to see flared jeans and my mom would force me to wear my flares either way lol. How times have changed, the same jeans seem somewhat tasteful to me now and I know she would be shocked to see me in these jeans. Asides these jeans trending right now, can I just say how amazing it is to not have something grabbing and suffocating my calves (as in the case with skinnies)?

You may be wondering how to rock flared jeans and of course I’m prepared to give you a couple of suggestions. My first option would be with a corporate shirt (white, denim etc.) and a statement belt with court shoes or boots. However, they could also be worn with a smart structured blazer, long sleeve chiffon blouse or a swing top but must be worn with heels.

Anyway, what do you guys think about the return of flares? Oh and if you have a link for a high-waisted pair, I would be most grateful!
