Hey guys, OMG where do I start from.. Lagos was everything and more. Immediately I landed I was literally up and about doing my nails and hair etc. To be honest, it was like that until I left and I didn’t get to see a few of my friends but I hope I’ll be forgiven at some point 🙁 .
It was really nice to spend time with my family as my parents took time off work and words really can’t describe how lovely it was. Christmas for us is usually spent shopping, shopping, shopping and eating which to be honest gets quite boring. Christmas in Lagos actually gave us the opportunity to actually hang out properly. I apologise for the blurry photos, some I’ve just munched from my snapchat videos x_x . They say you don’t take many photos when you’re actually having fun right?
Lunch at Ocean’s Basket with Kitan and Dapo
On Christmas day, after visiting grandma, we had lunch at the Sheraton. Super convenient! No one was in the mood to do the dishes so we ate out instead.. The amount of food laid out was unbelievable! Dear God! I had a salad first, ham, bread rolls etc followed by rice, turkey, plantain etc and then some black forest cake, cream… Ugh! My tomy just rumbled. TAKE ME BACK! Ok so I’ll confess, after dessert I had ofada rice LOL.

Anyone that knows me knows i’m a sucker for chapman 😀 and for literally four days in a row, I had a constant supply of free chapman. Imagine my joy. On boxing day, we went over to see family friends who had a christmas party and my dad was on barbecue duty as usual. Small chops were in excess here

After the BN party, I chilled with friends and later went for Olamide Live in Concert and some more turn up. I have no photos from that but it was quite a fun night. I’d had barely two hours of sleep when I had to head back home for a family outing. Afterwards, we had lunch at Protea hotel, so much yummy Nigerian food!
Few days later, I had lunch with friends and friends of friends at Radisson Blu which I blogged about some time ago.

On New Years eve I had a shoot with male fashion blogger Akin Faminu which will be released sometime this week but heres a sneak peek for you anyway. After, my dad made the most delish burgers
New years day was spent with my entire family, it was so much fun getting with my cousins and aunties. Daddy was on barbecue duty again and the food just kept coming. Garlic bread, jollof rice, burgers, hotdogs, chicken, potato salad… You name it! We had it!
To be honest, I don’t know what happened after the first of January but it all started to race by so quickly. I had a series of meetings and important stuff to get up to. I am so thankful for the gift of life, family and good friends. These guys made my holiday amazing and I can only hope I give them as much joy as they give me.
The day before I left, I had lunch with my second mommy (Aunty Kunle) and cousin at Zen Garden in this playsuit from the 5k shop. In case you didn’t know, the 5K shop is an online store that sells clothing and accessories all under 5000 Naira! They have a lot of cool stuff and they run out pretty fast because of how affordable it is. So head over to the5kshop.com now and grab yourself a bargain before its too late! Thank me later.
