Hi lovelies, today I’m wearing a fab jumpsuit from Wolf & Whistle’s SS17 collection and don’t you just love how embroidery came (back) in and took over this season? The high street is literally flooded with embroidered dresses, shoes, bags etc. and I’m loving it! However, I particularly love this jumpsuit because the embroidery is done in shades of blue rather than the usual reds and pinks. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a massive lover of reds and pinks but switching up the colours makes things a lot more interesting
This pretty jumpsuit is made from a light crepe which is very comfortable and kind to skin. Featuring a stunning keyhole back detail, it is perfect for a day to night look. The pop over detail gives the illusion of a smaller waist and I’m all for that. I can totally imagine throwing a blazer over this for a work look and swapping court shoes for strappy sandals for date night. This outfit is indeed very versatile and could be worn for occasions ranging from a wedding to a night out, tweaking accessories to match the occasion of course. As the jumpsuit stands out enough on its own, I’ve styled it simply with black barely there’s and a matching velvet clutch with silver accessories.
This look was shot at the beautiful Adria Boutique Hotel in South Kensington and if you know me, you’ll know this is my favourite part of London. I went to college in Chelsea for a year and I developed a severe love for the pretty white houses (as do many other bloggers but blogging hadn’t even come to mind then so it was much deeper but lets not go into that :D). The exterior of the hotel looks like a typical gorgeous South Kensington house with a clean white walls and columns and large black doors which then lead into a stunning hallway featuring high ceilings and stunning chandeliers. If you’re ever thinking to visit London, it would be an ideal hotel to stay as its at the heart of many tourist attractions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Natural History Museum etc. Over the next couple of weeks, you’ll get to see more of the hotel as we shot quite a few looks and I’m excited to share them with you!I kept my makeup quite simple and neutral for this look. Using the Urban Decay Naked Ultimate basics eyeshadow palette and Nyx Lip Lingerie in Embellishment on my lips. I hope you like it
