Mates Cake Date

Hi lovelies, on Friday I met up with my friend from college, Bonnie and we had lovely cakes and a long overdue catch up at the Peggy Porschen Parlour. I’d been wanting to go there for literally over a year but something always came up. Recently, I’ve seen a few of my favourite bloggers instagramming the gorgeous space and I finally decided to go and see it for myself. I’ve been off work for a few days and honestly, it’s been the best time just eating a lot, resting and really investing hours into my blog. I thought, what better time to go than now?

Following my extreme blush and mink obsession these days, I spotted this faux suede jacket at Stradivarius and didn’t even think twice as I was walking down to the counter to pay. Some of you may know that Zara, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull & Bear etc are owned by the same company and often have variations of the same product. There’s a similar jacket in Zara for £59.99 (and it comes in pastel blue too!) but I got this for £39.99 at Stradivarius (also comes in tan and nude) and it literally does the same job. As spring is upon us, I can think of a million ways to style this jacket and I can assure you, you’d be tired of seeing it. Here, I’ve styled it with a blush jersey top and white jeans. If I could walk long distances with heels, I’d probably have worn some mink/blush sandals but until I have my own chauffeur, I think I’ll settle for these Boohoo trainers.

I hope you like it
