How To Wear Scenic Prints

Hi lovelies! Hope you’re having an amazing weekend.. For the last 2-3 seasons, scenic prints have been a thing and as much as I love them, I’ve never actually been bold enough to go for it or maybe I just haven’t found one I really liked.

When I found this, I thought it looked more unique than the usual skater/flared shape that scenic prints come in. How cute is it?! The easiest way to style up a scenic print is with a neutral shirt and muted accessories which keep the attention on the print. However, if you are bold enough, you can channel Dolce & Gabbana with stripes or spots. Most importantly, you want to find a print and shape that suits your personal style.  I’ve added a few links below.

For this look, I’ve styled the skirt with a chiffon shirt worn backwards and black strappy sandals. I’ve added the bright yellow earrings simply because I wanted the look to be fun and these beautiful peonies? Because I’m obsessed!

Shirt backwards? Never thought of that, I shuld try it!
Scenic prints seem so hard to pull off but the tip of pairing with neutrals seems really good actually. Love your make-up Alex!

I don’t think I would ever try the backwards thing with my shirt but whenever I see it, I love it. With the mood I’ve been in recently, I most likely would rock that with an oversize sweatshirt or a polka-dot blouse for drama LOL. Love how girly and mature this look is.

This is a very original! It’s the Year of prints and the flowers you’re holding just fit the entire look like a glove.
